I have been working at Community Hospital part-time (More than 5 years)
The managers are proactive as in regards to opportunity and training. The environment is pleasant between staff and members. The facility is very clean and professionally staffed and managed and everything is addressed immediately.
The opportunity is not steady due to the nature of the business.
Advice to Management
It would be nice to be compensated for prep work and administrative duties such as phone calls, follow ups with clients, training, research and paperwork. More opportunity for full-time personal training is needed. Better year end raises and bonuses are extremely needed. Pay does not correlate to all the training, certification, time and expenses put into the position.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Community Hospital.
The hiring and interview process was fairly simple and easy. For the most part, you would meet the people you'd be working with. You get a clear idea of the position. Benefits and schedules are explained. Getting an interview is the hardest part. It's best if an employee refers you.
