    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Community Research Foundation full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great company, strong work ethic, "can do" attitude and they do it right. Very client focused which is refreshing. Warm environments for employees and clients. Really can't say enough positive things about my experience.

    Cons

Like any government contractor, they are under a lot of pressure to meet multiple standards and high volume of work. This unavoidably trickles down to the front line staff, but they advocate to improve those challenges constantly.

    Advice to Management

Expand programs and the company footprint whenever possible. I know there are multiple considerations in making these decisions.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Community Research Foundation (San Diego, CA) in May 2016.

    Interview

I had a phone screen with the HR Manager and then an onsite meeting with her, another Recruiter and the VP of HR. Pretty much average interview questions about my experiences. Did seem very thoughtful or sophisticated. Manager was better than average keeping me in the loop about my status.

    Interview Questions

    • Tell me about a time you had a conflict with your supervisor. To me, this question was a red flag making me think there would be a lot of conflict in the environment.   1 Answer
