I have been working at Community Research Foundation full-time

    Pros

Excellent support from upper management who attempt to help employees who are "on the front line" complete and conduct their jobs.

    Cons

We are county funded, which means a high amount of accountability, which in turn means a lot of paperwork. Also, most of the clinics are understaffed due to the lack of funding, which means employees are over-worked. This isn't a slight on management, but just a fact of community-based healthcare and lack of access to funds.

    Advice to Management

Considering the reality of the situation, management is doing an excellent job with what they have. They are supportive and understanding.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Community Research Foundation (San Diego, CA) in May 2016.

    Interview

I had a phone screen with the HR Manager and then an onsite meeting with her, another Recruiter and the VP of HR. Pretty much average interview questions about my experiences. Did seem very thoughtful or sophisticated. Manager was better than average keeping me in the loop about my status.

    Interview Questions

    • Tell me about a time you had a conflict with your supervisor. To me, this question was a red flag making me think there would be a lot of conflict in the environment.   1 Answer
