Pros

Everyone is super respectful and friendly. We all take pride in our work and what we do, for who we do it for. I've learned and gained so much both from within the company and from our membership

Cons

As a fully remote company, despite doing our best at communicating and keeping things transparent, it can sometimes have feelings of things being siloed. I think this is a struggle for many

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Community.co (King of Prussia, PA)

    Interview

I was hired by the old top sales manager (resigned last year). He spoke to me by phone first and had a lot of questions. I wasn't sure I answered them all very well, but some I handled ok. He then asked me to come in for an interview. I got there and met with him and the one woman manager. They spent about 40 minutes with me and asked a lot of different questions. He really wanted to understand my past positions and experience. She just gave me information about the position and didn't ask many questions at all really.
    Interview

He asked me how I thought I could contribute to the team with the little bit of info I had about the position.
