- They "put their money where their mouth is" as far as culture goes. It's very open, honest, supportive, and trusting. - Work/life balance is great because you're really truly allowed to have it. -Cons
- At present, it's a small, scrappy startup so there are a lot of bandwidth issues, but that's no surprise, and the supportive environment kinda makes this moot.Advice to Management

Interview
I interviewed with Lusely. It was a quick morning phone interview. It was a great experience! Although I was not selected to move forward, I really appreciate the time Lusely took to go in depth about the position, the team, the company, the full hiring process etc. I enjoyed chatting with her and felt like my experience was valued. Many recruiters today seem to treat that first phone call like a list of boxes to check, and I'm sure Lusely also had a check list of sorts, but it felt genuine. That in and of itself makes me feel like I can trust the integrity of a company when their team is genuine.
The company appears to be an amazing workplace and they have an amazing product. I look forward to seeing them continue to grow and thrive! All in all, great experience!InterviewWhat kind of work environment are you looking for?
