    I feel so appreciated, encouraged, and valued. Upper management is very open about monthly earnings and gives detailed information on how to leverage business for next month and keep the company moving forward. I completely understand the connection between our hard work and how that impacts our individual bonuses next year.


    Pay could be slightly higher in year one.

    Keep doing what you are doing. There is open communication and a great culture.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Complete Healthcare Communications, Inc. (Chadds Ford, PA).


    Initial phone interview; medical writing/editing test (4 to 12 hour home assignment) is assessed by several medical directors; if test scores are competitive, expect on-site; interview with HR, account director, SVP of editorial and content development, 2-3 medical directors

    • All questions were expected - interviewers do not have formal training in what questions to ask so typically ask realistic, practical questions about ability to do the job, manage subordinates, and cooperate with peers; expect questions about previous employers' procedures/routines; most difficult was about managing poor quality work by subordinates   Answer Question


    Easy - was asked what I was making in my present, similar job and I responded that I would want $20k annually more plus $10k relocation to accept offer - accepted no problem
