I worked at Complete Technology Services full-time (More than a year)
The current technical manager is fantastic. But his advice is rarely heeded by owner.
Owner has 0% experience in actual technology/support industry. Client base is result of reputation built by owner’s former involvement in another service business. Benefits cost a small fortune. “HR” is the least appropriate individual in the entire group. Decisions are made based on cost rather than quality and what will provide the most positive memorable experience for the client/end-user.
Advice to Management
Shut down and let those with experience and a genuine care for the client/user/human proceed.
