      I was called my the Manager and she invited me in to interview with her and another manager. They were extremely informative and nice. We walked around in the warehouse after the interview.

    Registration is now open for Space to Sea: Composites Are Changing the Way We Make Parts, a free, two-day workshop on April 12-13 presented by Composites One and the Closed Mold Alliance, in partnership with IACMI-The Composites Institute, with support from Magnum Venus Products. Hosted by Eastern Florida State College (EFSC) in Cocoa, FL, the event will feature process demos, interactive presentations, Q&A sessions, networking opportunities and more. At the event, attendees can learn about efforts to prepare the next generation of composites professionals through the Space Coast Consortium Apprenticeship Program, sponsored by SpaceTEC Partners, Inc. in partnership with EFSC.

    Composites One Names Leon Garoufalis President and Chief Executive Officer Schaumburg, IL, February 4, 2022…Composites One announced today that it has named Leon Garoufalis President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective immediately. Former CEO Steve Dehmlow will continue as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Garoufalis has served as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) since Composites One was formed in 1999. While at Composites One, Mr. Garoufalis guided the initial, successful merger of three distribution companies and the integration of five subsequent acquisitions of composites materials distributors over an eight-year period. He also led Composites One through its first vertical acquisition last year when the company acquired Aerovac Process Materials. Along with Mr. Garoufalis’ appointment to President and CEO, Al Dobbeck has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mr. Dobbeck most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and has been with Composites One since 2011.
