CompuGroup Medical US Reviews

Pros
So, I have joined this organization as an experienced associate but I don't have any goal in my life at that point of time. After joining this organization I believe that "Yes I can also do it" and I start thinking to make my career in medical billing. I have learnt so much here and got two promotions which is a big achievement for me. I don't see that much career growth in any organization before. So my overall experience with CGM ARIA FKA eMDs great so far.
Cons
I also faced some issues in starting and I believe that both bad and good things are important for life and learn always from them. But I feel and want to share as well my bad experience so far is about increment. There should be a range of salary as per the level. Because in this organzation so many examples where I can see Level 1, or 2 salary is equivalent to Level 4. so this is somewhere little dissapointed for thing for them who are doing hardwok and got promote but not get income according to their post. it should be not need that whenever anyone came from outside will get higher salary we also think about it for our old employees as well. Thankyuou.

Interview
The interview process was seamless, transparent, and enjoyable. The first was an informal interview with the PM of the team where I was given plenty of information about the company, product, and work environment. The second was take-home code challenge which was very doable and the final interview consisted of technical questions and questions about soft-skills. They were very quick to respond to inquiries. Overall, one of the best experiences I've had!InterviewHow have you handled a difficult problem at work?
