Advice to Management
Consider treating employees as people instead of widgets.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Compulink Management Center in October 2015.
At my college's career fair, I met with one of the software developers, who asked me a few questions testing my CS knowledge. Then, I had a short phone screen interview (behavioral) before having an in-person interview. Overall, the process wasn't excessively long and the recruiter and interviewer were friendly enough.
