I worked at Computaris full-time (More than a year)
They care about how you feel and try to fulfill your expectations, very professional staff, friendly.
They need to get out of their comfort zone more often.
Advice to Management
Do more of that !
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Computaris (Bucharest (Romania)) in January 2017.
preliminary tests: one about unix as it was in the 70, one about java as it was in 1995 (applets questions) - that was in 2017. Jesus!
Then phone interview. Then face to face interview.
They said they don't care for competence, they are a "services" company and they need people that can entertain.
They said that they only support women in technology and we briefly talked about the article on the Internet describing a woman just finishing school, getting hired at computaris, a big tech multinational company and in 1 year she was promoted to Head of Development. If you can believe this!
They refused to hire me: I finished faculty 3rd place, Master 3rd place, and with 10 years of experience, including years of leading and teaching experience.
They recommended me to go work abroad and stop waiting my time in Romania.
