I have been working at Computech (More than 3 years)
Training is great, no one breathing over you. Make your own right or wrong decisions. New CEO IS in touch with employees more and more involved with clients.
Benefits , benefits and more benefits. Hoping this will be a big factor for new CEO. Keeping good help is a factor for growth.
Advice to Management
Next couple of years will be the best.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Computech (Detroit, MI) in January 2008.
The interview process was fine, had a meeting with one of the VPs and then the CEO, nothing fancy, routine stuff, mostly checking on your PR skills and how well I would jell with the current group of people working with the company. These 2 interviews happened over the course of one day and the offers were made fairly quickly after that.
Bargain hard and check out the commission structures before you sign on the dotted line.
