Mission: Our mission is to respect, trust, and serve each other and our clients.
I have been working at Computronix full-time
The culture and environment are uniquely designed for people and a good work-life balance. The company invests in each person's growth, by mentoring and training them.
There is an internal training academy with a number of leadership and technical courses that are fascinating.
No cons! I love working here.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Computronix (Lakewood, CO) in October 2016.
Step 1 of interview process with director of human resources for culture for right fit to their particular business. Asked what qualification you offer for the position. Interviewer seem to lean on Oracle dB and how much experience you have with databases but I told them I am a new CIS (computer information systems) BS 2016 graduate, so I have basic Oracle, and some MySqL experience using the programming software in the coursework (C# & Java, ASP.NET). I also answered to an employment gap question, I am older so I don't need to work as much (age 62), so don't see the point and had forgotten I did take some coursework and achieved a certification in that gap in question and briefly worked a couple months to get some help desk experience over the phone.
