You've tried the "do more with less" approach. You made those tough decisions to minimize scope, address limitations and shoulder the work. The problem with doing more with less is that it's really about the "less" and not about the "more." There is a better way.

Comscore – Why Work For Us?

Making measurement make sense
Cross-platform measurement is necessary when making informed business decisions in an increasingly complex media environment. We help leading media properties, brands, and advertisers connect the dots to grow their businesses.
Driving marketing accountability
Understanding the impact of marketing investment can make or break a brand’s ability to compete and grow. We combine deep data assets with sophisticated data science to help brands invest more in what works—and evolve what doesn’t.
Fueling the business of movies
Measuring movie viewership from more than 95% of the global box office, Comscore combines trusted currency measurement with modern analytics to inform key decisions at every stage of a film’s lifecycle.

What are the Goals of the Group?

  • Identify individuals in the company that new hires can reach out to for questions and support.
  • Provide young professionals the chance to share their knowledge with newer employees through a mentorship.

Benefits of joining the Young Professional Group:

  • Make a smoother transition into the workforce.
  • Gain a mentor and a network of peers.
  • Further your development as a professional.
  • Gain career development opportunities and guidance.
  • Increase your network of resources

Do you have creative ideas and do you like pitching solutions?
Bring it to life during comScore’s Hackathon!

The Hackathon is a fast-paced, live event where employees create teams
from offices across different continents to combine their intellect, creative
and technical skills to turn ideas into something real.

Individuals and teams are challenged to come up with original and creative projects; from the ideation and initial pitch, through working on and building the project with your team, to the final presentation to the judges.
Projects can relate directly to comScore, our products, and our data—or be something completely different and unique!

Winners will earn company wide recognition, awesome tech prizes and of course, bragging rights.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Comscore (New York, NY) in February 2015.

    Interview

Phone Screen by HR then a conversation over the phone with the hiring manager. From there I had two in person interviews, followed by a data presentation. Using comScore audience data, I was asked to compile a deck and present to a large room of people.
