    All former TCS employees in Tampa were laid off.
    Comtech does not believe in employees telecommuting.
    No flextime. If you have a doctor appointment you have to burn PTO hours.

    Advice to Management

    No advice would help them. Some people just cant be helped.

    The first phone interview they mostly asked you about how you doing in each field, and then they will ask you some technical questions for example what are the OOP principles. The guy on the phone sounds really nice.
