Pros
Good pay/bonus, good benefits, excellent values. Overall great place to work. Also, it has a startup feel so if you like to "wear many hats" this is a fun place to work.Cons
It's a small and growing company so it does not have all the resources that a large consulting company would have. You have to want to be agile and scrappy.Advice to Management
Consider hiring a full time sales / business development person so that you can get the growth you want.I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Concentre (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2016
Interview
Interview process started with a phone screening, followed by two separate phone interviews. Questions were tough but not too difficult. Primary purpose was to test business acumen, culture fit, and working style. The company is very personable and each person I spoke with was easy to talk to. The next round of interviews included two back to back onsite panel interviews; one case study and one presentation. Case study was your typical consulting case study. During the presentation, I was asked to present about a project I worked on. The final interview was with the Partners. Many questions about working style and past experiences. They were looking for specific examples of the contributions I made to teams and work I was responsible for in the past.
