I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Concentre (Dallas, TX).
Concentre is a small company so things will move much quicker than with other larger firms. I initially had a recruiter call, then spoke directly with their CMO after completing a personality/skills test. After that I had 2-3 phone interviews followed by a onsite panel and case interview (2 different rooms). Lastly, this was followed up with a interview with the managing partners. It was a great process since Concentre is not only focused on skills, but truly maintaining their culture and their way of doing business. Also, it moved quickly, so it wasn't a process spread over 3 months of balancing calendars and meetings for phone interviews. They touched on various types of questions and points so it was a good mesh or skill and personality based questions.
