I was able to take a two-week paid medical leave with no problem.
You may suddenly be made obsolete by regime change or restructuring and be out on the street. People were made to feel guilty for taking vacation time.
The interview process was brief then I came in like 23476 more times met with alot of higher ups that just asked me annonymous questions nothing to do with my experience.
