I worked at Condusiv Technologies full-time (More than 10 years)
Some of the most innovative technologies to improve storage performance have been developed at this company - in the past. The individuals that remain are some of the best people I have ever worked with - honest and hard working to a fault. The owner, Craig Jensen - who is not the current CEO by the way, was accessible and actually responded when emailed.
Latest CEO (not Craig Jensen) didn't make the company a growing business. Devastating attrition of staff in recent years made it difficult to recommend to others to come and work there. Insurance benefits some of the worst in a technology industry. Job security.
Advice to Management
Start over with new Marketing, Sales, and Engineering management. The current leadership doesn't know how to create a rising future. Let them go and the company will have a fighting chance. Keep them and it will be just a matter of time before the company will have to close its doors.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Condusiv Technologies (Albany, NY) in February 2016.
Amateurish and unprofessional. First level phone screen with HR person who was obviously reading from a script. Allocated 30 minutes for this and was placed on hold 15 minutes into the dialog so that she could take another phone call. What a total distraction to be placed on hold. Waited on hold for like an eternity, almost decided to hang up but I persevered. If this was any indication of the culture at Condusiv, I'll take it as a blessing in disguise that I did not get advanced through the next round. Finally able to receive interview feedback that I did not have the required software sales experience for the position. Read below.
