Does anyone know if a Google search by a lawyer loses ACP? It would be absurd for it not to be, correct? Would call into question whether any research is considered ACP. That said, and why I’m really asking, is because I’m wondering if we can extend this logic to ChatGPT questions. Again, saying it’s not protected would call into question a lot of different searches on third party platforms. On the other hand, ChatGPT does specifically say your searches aren’t confidential.
