Tenet Care Fund

Since 2010, the Care Fund has provided funds to help Tenet/Conifer employees rebuild their lives after unexpected hardships or natural disasters resulted in financial burdens beyond their means. The Tenet Care Fund is an employee-run, employee-supported 501(c) (3) charity which offers financial aid to help pay for necessary living expenses, such as housing, utilities, food, clothing and other basic necessities for employees in need of assistance.


Wellness Program

As part of Conifer’s wellness initiative, we are proud to offer the Tenet Total Wellness Program, with its many opportunities that promote your well-being. The program helps you develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle by providing information, encouragement, and activity opportunities, in addition to providing a financial incentive to stay healthy or get healthier.     Three-step process, consisting of one phone interview and two-in person interviews, if you make it that far, but I didn't. Their main focus was heavy scheduling and calendar management, and I didn't have enough experience with that.
