Advice to Management
Sometimes in our efforts to focus on our clients, we forget to make work as fun as it should be. A gentle reminder and we're back on track - we just have a bunch of workaholics who get too busy sometimes to remember this! :)

Very easy I hope I got the job the panel was awesome and sweet they said it will take three weeks for them to get back to me so I hope I got the job I’m really nervous
Stephanie is a Patient Account Lead in the Accounts Receivable Management service line, and has been recognized as an exceptional team member. She joined Conifer Health Solutions three years ago, and she loves the work environment.
“It really feels like family here, and we have a great respect for each other,” she says.
Of the four Conifer Health values – Unity, Service Integrity and Respect – Stephanie identifies most with Service. “Service is extremely crucial in my role,” she said. “My goal is to serve my team members daily by providing support and indispensable training.”
Jessica has worked at Conifer Health Solutions for five years, and was recently recognized as an exceptional team member. When asked which Conifer Health value Jessica finds most important, she says Service is key.
“At the end of the day, what matters most is taking care of our fellow human beings,” she said. “It doesn’t matter if they are clients or co-workers. I believe in trying to help everyone I can.”
