Mission: To make it easy for our members to get the care they need.
We’ve been helping make Connecticut healthier since we were founded in 1981 by a group of doctors. We live and work in the same communities as our members, so we’re able to do more for you. Whether it’s helping find a doctor or providing new, easier ways to get care and service, you can count on ConnectiCare, because caring goes with the territory.
Serving individuals, retirees, and employers
We offer health plans for businesses of all sizes, as well as individuals and retirees. As a matter of fact, we’re the health plan that’s most frequently selected by individual buyers across Connecticut.*
We also help many of Connecticut’s employers and municipalities create benefit-and-wellness plans that keep their employees healthy and their organizations thriving.
At ConnectiCare, our purpose is simple – make it easy for our members to get the care they need. To deliver on that promise, we’re looking for passionate, motivated individuals who want to make a difference in the health of the communities we serve.
You will join a small, local team and roll up your sleeves to help change the way health care is delivered. In 2016, we became the first health plan in the state to open enrollment-and-service centers. We now have centers in five cities and towns. We also brought a new way to access care with the openings of two, full-service Sanitas Medical Centers.
In rapidly changing times, you will have the opportunity to bring our vision of high-quality, personalized health care to life in ways like these.
If you want a company where you will collaborate with coworkers across departments and at all levels, ConnectiCare is the place for you. We don’t let hierarchy get in the way of creating a better health care experience for our members. All employees can, and do, make a difference at ConnectiCare.
We've been your neighbor for 35 years, and you've probably seen us around, supporting local events and talking to members of your community. Now we have year-round drop-in centers in Bridgeport, Manchester and Newington, too.

The culture is amazing, it makes coming into work everyday easy. Everyone is friendly and helpful
Currently experiencing high turnover in certain areas.
The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at ConnectiCare (Farmington, CT).
Phone screen with HR. Phone screen with hiring manager. Half day visit to corporate office for interviews with 3 team members, plus face to face with hiring manager. (Took a full PTO day.) I sent thank you emails to all interviewers. However, did not hear anything for three weeks despite a follow-up note to the HR manager. Sent another note to the hiring manager, and finally received a canned response from the HR manager (which didn't even have my name or position I was interviewing for) telling me I was not selected. Would have preferred a bit more responsiveness and personalization considering the amount of time I gave them. Will not consider future roles with ConnectiCare.
