    Culture is extremely inviting! From the CEO to other interns everyone is treated with respect. So many activities to help you bond with co-workers and make an emotional connection with the company. Allows you to be yourself! Perfect opportunity to learn about all areas of business and get exposure to various positions. This company gives you the tools to find a position that suits you best, but you eventually realize that you don't want to leave because you won't find anything better.

    Interview

    Interview process was straightforward first meeting with the HR coordinator who asks the majority of questions followed by a short interview with the President who has the final say on who gets hired. If the second meeting with the President occurs you are most likely to get the position.
