I have been working at Connecture full-time

    Pros

Schedule flexibility. Ability to work from home. Lot's of great and capable co-workers.

    Cons

The company feels heavy in leadership and lean in lower levels. The company could invest more in taking care of their people and checking in to make sure they are happy.

    Advice to Management

Hire more lower level people to help meet client deliveries.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Connecture.

    Interview

Initial phone screen from recruiter, followed by a phone conversation with hiring manager, and then the last step was an onsite interviews. The onsite was with hiring manager as well as with a few future peers and and was both an evaluate and culture fit interview.
