Sometimes performers feel dissatisfaction to see their evaluation has not justified correctly but figures shows he is strong performers and contributed company's profitability boldly. This is effecting human resources management badly.
Advice to Management
To evaluate properly who is performer and follow companies norm, values and process right ways than others. To focus performers, add new opportunities to grow and offer benefits as per desired level.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at Connor (Hong Kong (Hong Kong)) in October 2012.
