    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Consilience Software (Austin, TX) in May 2016.

    Interview

Was invited to come to the offices to interview directly with staff. Had the opportunity talk about my resume and experiences with a current employee and perform some whiteboard questions, followed by a talk with the CTO. Friendly, business-casual and realistic in terms of syntax expectations. I never felt unduly pressured of put into unrealistic or contrived situations.
