I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Consulate Health Care (Columbus, OH) in January 2016.

Simple one-on-one interview with normal questions like, "Tell me about yourself, What are your strengths, What are your weaknesses, How do you handle stressful situations, Discussion about hours and job requirements. After the official job offer was made I had to complete a medical exam, do a background check, and be drug tested.
