I have been working at Consulate Health Care full-time (More than 8 years)

The Consulate community blends the intimate relationships of small-business with the resources and networks of large corporations. You feel like you are part of a "family" yet you know you have the support of the whole community!

Consulate truly focuses on promoting from within, encouraging its employees to grow and to achieve higher goals. It recognizes the potential of an employee even when an employee doesn't recognize it themselves, thus creating a desire to not ever become satisfied to not mature and develop to greater positions within the company.

    Advice to Management

Recently Consulate has had a leadership change and it is amazing! Please continue on this path and everyone will be winners...employees, patients, and communities alike!

I applied online. I interviewed at Consulate Health Care (Williamsburg, VA).

My interview was short but great. The hiring manager was friendly and easy to speak with. The entire hiring process flowed easy as well. It was a lot of paperwork though.
