Everyone has the opportunity to impact the culture, environment, work and each other every day. No egos, just great talent banding together for the greater good. Team work environment, so those that thrive on drama or passive aggressive behaviors need not join. High accountability and ownership is given. Family friendly work environment that is accepting of all individuals. Inclusivity is important as it drives the best creativity and work for all to contribute their best.

Advice to Management
Stay true to who you are and what you stand for. It is unique and makes you stand out above the rest. Know that you can’t make everyone happy. There will always be a few nay sayers out there. Let them own that, not you. Keep up the good work. You have a lot to be proud of!!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ConsultNet (New York, NY).
The recruiter sets up an interview with the hiring manager and feedback is sent back to them. You'll find out if you got through to a second interview within a few days to a week. If you are hired, you do internal paperwork with Consultnet to be submits to the hiring company prior to your start date.
