    I worked at ConsultNet full-time

    Pros

These people never missed anything with me.
    - All reps have always had a great attitude.
    - Very helpful and knowledgeable in my business niche.
    - Always found me work within the fields I am interested in and the exact kind of company I was looking for.
    - Christmas company party is a blast. It is a great way to meet other contractors and get to know your Reps.
    - Nothing 'shady' about this company like some of the others out there.
    - Started working with Consultnet back in 2014 off and on which gave me a chance to increase my experience and know my true worth. Consultnet had a lot to do with my true work since they know the market and what is being sought after.
    - Consultnet landed me my current direct hire job which is exactly what I have been looking for both in career and company. They did not miss anything in my last 4 years of working with them.
I am very much appreciative of Consulnet and their staff. I can't thank these people enough.

    Cons

Contracting can be a little intimidating but if you are looking to break out of a dead-end- job and gain the experience you need to excel then stepping out of your comfort zone is beneficial.

    Advice to Management

No advice needed. I have never had a bad experience. These people are on top of their game.

    Marketing Manager Interview

Anonymous Employee in New York, NY
    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience
    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ConsultNet (New York, NY).

    Interview

The recruiter sets up an interview with the hiring manager and feedback is sent back to them. You'll find out if you got through to a second interview within a few days to a week. If you are hired, you do internal paperwork with Consultnet to be submits to the hiring company prior to your start date.
