    Pros

    1) My favorite of working here is clearly our team. I just love to start every day with an amazing, highly talented, ambitious, joyful, international team! 2) Working every day on very exciting topics and people, be it on on highly relevant projects in the industry, or incredible experienced experts 3) Our huge vision: To build the worlds #1 Platform for Consulting Services, and nothing less 4) That as a business we are already extremly successful, and knowing that we are just at the beginning, and we have still a fantastic journey ahead of us 5) Develop a company culture that I always wanted: a place filled with highly talented people, that find great opportunities for a career and personal growth

    Cons

    > We don't get everything right the first time. From A to Z we test and iterate our processes, operations, way of working, methodologies, products, technology, etc. etc. --> But with every iteration we get better and better in anything we do > Our place is clearly not for everyone. People who enjoy jumping on a speed boat, like the fast paced, work on a huge mission, take ownership, are keen to learn and progress are typically very happy here; People who like to keep a slower pace, require a lot of handholding, and all established processes are less the right fit here.
