I have been working at Conti Enterprises full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent benefits and they give lots of opportunities early on as long as you are up for the challenge. 100% meritocracy. If you perform and work smart you move up quickly.

    Cons

General Super creates frustrating environment at times but ultimately it is somehow controlled!
Hope that the executive management recognize this issue and address it timely before its too late

    Advice to Management

Keep the meritocracy going and move people that create dramatic environment. Keep us the vision which is the formula for 100-year+ success

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Conti Enterprises (New York, NY).

    Interview

I applied for the field engineer position, but obtained the project engineer position. The people that conducted the interviews are great people. Conti has really great people overall, but a poor work-life balance.
