Experience in Hospitality industry. 1 pair of tickets(once in a while)for free to see a show. Meet people from all over the world. pick up new language (German or french) flexible with schedule (makes up for poor pay) They accept excuses like: short bank or tardiness.
$15-17 an hr only. no raise, ever. No female management. They do steal hours. Are spiteful with scheduling. Give you the run around all the time. Management will make you pay money back to the company for mistakes made that caused loss in revenue.
Advice to Management
Stop hiring weirdos. Replace ticket manager MM. Stop going on Disney Cruises and keeping shows tickets for yourself. Pay us our Benjamin's incentive.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Continental Guest Services (Hyderabad (India)) in April 2013.
It carried out for 2 days, In two days 800 members attended. I attended on first day . First round was aptitude after that GD, after that Technical hr round and after that Managerial hr round
