Cons

There are none! Unless you count not being able to see each other in person, but the culture of the company makes up for that and the many ways employees communicate in the work place utilizing Slack

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Continued (Eugene, OR) in Mar 2022

    Interview

I applied online via Indeed. The process took about 3 weeks.

The process began with an email from HR and setting up a 30-minute phone call with an HR representative. Afterward, she reached out via email to set up a call with the UX Manager via Zoom.
Met with the UX Manager via Zoom and spoke for a little over one hour. No video and was a very casual conversation about my background and some specifics about the UX role at Continued.
HR then reached out and set up another 45-minute meeting with the UX manager, product manager, and two other UX designers. I presented my portfolio via zoom conference with video for about 15 minutes. With the time remaining, I answered some very interesting and thoughtful questions with enough time to ask questions myself.
HR got in touch again and coordinated a final hour and forty-five-minute interview with the UX Manager and Cheif Operations Officer. Again I received a more detailed background about the company, got some questions answered, and was asked some closing questions.
The final step in the interview process consisted of a phone call regarding an offer from the UX Manager along with me completing a Birkman questionnaire and typical background check forms to fill out.
