Advice to Management
I been working for convergent for a year and I must say I really love my job and helping the customers. I can say it do get stressful at times but I get a like of perks and overtime... my AHT ( 5.30) or less is good and the calls are phenomenal over 100 calls a day
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Convergent (Renton, WA) in December 2017.
Phone call, wait one week, in person interview, wait one week, passed over even though I aced all tech questions because I asked for to much money. They did not keep me up to date in a timely manner. Had to reach out to HR just to find out what was going on.
