I worked at Convergys full-time
pays you for every hour you work on the phones. Gives you the paid training you need to understand how to do the job and why it is important.
Completing the call within a certain time.
I received a phone screen, had my resume submitted, and schedule an in person interview. I asked the recruiter for the address and details, and she apologized for not sending it. I went, found out interviews had been cancelled for the day, then called the recruiter. She called the interviewer. The interviewer apologized and said only Customer Care interviewers had been cancelled that day, not Recruiters and that she was at the other location. She said to reschedule for Monday. I arrived, waited 30 minutes, saw Customer Care employees in various attire including houseshoes, saw an employee tell me the interviewer would be out soon and that she was in a call, and finally spoke to the interviewer. It was a fairly easy interview. I sent a thank you note, followed up with the recruiter a few days later, didn't get a response, then followed up again to be told the interviewer decided to go internal only to see the position posted the next day. I would not recommend this place for anyone.
