I have been working at Conversant full-time (Less than a year)
- Excellent product, unrivaled in what it does
- The company invests a huge amount in its people in terms of support and training, which are incredibly important things to have when working with such a complex product
- Great colleagues and company culture
- Company is doing so well that it is struggling to recruit the necessary staff to continue riding this wave
Advice to Management
Don't sacrifice good recruitment for the sake of quick short-term growth - but I don't believe this is the case
I applied online. I interviewed at Conversant.
Phone interview then panel interview with four different people. They screen you with the phone interview. If you pass the phone interview they you get to do the panel interview with 4 different people. Not all at one time. You interview with one then the next person comes in once the prior interview is done.
