Very positive working environment and culture. Makes you do your best and work towards their slogan of "1% better every day".
Personnel hire/fire/exits are not communicated like they used to be from 2012 through 2016. Now one has to resort to the "grape-vine" sources.
Advice to Management
While there is formal top-down communication, encourage cross-team communication culture - to prevent teams from gravitating towards working in their own silos.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Conversant (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2018.
Got an initial phone screening describing my resume. Received an interview offer at the office and was interviewed by 4 people. They were all very nice and welcoming which made the interview a lot easier to handle and made me feel comfortable there.
