Very nice balance between work and family. Good working relationships with same division reps. Management is supportive of promoting talent from within and helps personnel to achieve sales success. Much freedom in how to drive business. Benefits are good.
The compensation is glaringly below market standards. Plan targets are close to impossible for meaningful compensation. Home office can be slow to respond to rep requests.
