At CDC we love the community we serve and because of that we work very hard to give back! Through our employee resource group, FUSION, we have created a dedicated Community team.
This team works with organizations like United Way, St. Jude, Corona Cares, Can'd Aid, Sam Sandos, and many others to positively impact our community.
Though special events, fundraisers and monthly donations, all employees of CDC have the chance to change the market we know and love for the better.

I have been working at Coors Distributing Company of Denver full-time (More than 10 years)
I have been privileged to have a career at CDC for many years now and am excited to be part of it's history and culture! What I like most about working at CDC are the quality people and relationships that I've had the opportunity to be a part of. The camaraderie and partnerships are absolutely the best in the beer business which make it a fun place to work. The teamwork, culture and quality brands at CDC are second to none! I have the opportunity to learn and advance at CDC which keeps me invigorated and engaged in my daily job. I am proud to work at CDC!
You have to be good at juggling multiple priorities at CDC, so it can be challenging to achieve all of your prescribed daily, weekly and monthly execution goals. It is extremely fast paced, but that's part of what makes it such an exciting place to work.
Advice to Management
Continue to attract and retain the best talent by advertising what a great career the beer distribution business and CDC can offer!
I applied online. I interviewed at Coors Distributing Company of Denver (Denver, CO) in October 2014.
Very comfortable interview, 2 people asking background questions, mechanical questions, and a general walk through of the facility to show me around the place. Was assured that I had the position if i wanted it, and there was no guess work left to question. Was told to start the following Monday, and began a few weeks training.
