At CDC we are committed to the health and wellbeing of our employees. So this week we are happy to welcome the Millercoors medical staff to our campus! They are conducting biometric screenings that help our employees stay on top of their health. We offer great incentives for activities that promote the wellness of our team, including earning up to $400 annually by participating in healthy lifestyle activities such as dental cleaning exams, flu vaccinations, vision exams, tobacco cessation and various other wellness challenges that occur throughout the year. These are small ways that we promote a healthy work-life balance in our employee community.
We know that in addition to doctor appointments, daily exercise helps reduce stress and prevent many health related issues, which is why we have an open and active gym onsite. This facility saves our employees drive time and supports their participation in a healthy lifestyle. Here at CDC we are constantly working on ways to better serve our clients. The sales force comes together regularly to discuss best practices and how we can put them in place. We focus on key areas such as customer service, quality, beer education, safety, and sales techniques.
By conducting these regular trainings we stay connected to the market and the needs of our employees. In addition to these group events, we also key in on the individual needs of each employee.
Each manager and employee have a monthly 1x1’s where managers take the time to help their employees grow the skills they’ve been trained on, as well as help foster career ambitions for the future.

I applied online. I interviewed at Coors Distributing Company of Denver (Denver, CO) in October 2014.
Very comfortable interview, 2 people asking background questions, mechanical questions, and a general walk through of the facility to show me around the place. Was assured that I had the position if i wanted it, and there was no guess work left to question. Was told to start the following Monday, and began a few weeks training.
