I have been working at Copac full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The management is pretty easy to get along with and, even though it is manufacturing, the plant stays relatively chilly. A lot of the machines are new and up-to-date and the facility is fairly clean.

    Cons

Not enough pay. Temp workers start out low and, if they aren't fired before their 90 days (most are) they get hired on, but pay only increases slightly. Quality of the work is held to high standard, which is good but can sometimes be unreasonable. Not enough time for lunch break (30-35 minutes for 10 hour shift). Temps don't have access to get inside the building until hired on (at least 90 days) and have to wait on someone to let them in. Communication throughout the entire company seems to be lacking.

    Advice to Management

Increase pay for level of stress that comes with keeping quality. Allow temps access to the doors, increase communication throughout.
