Advice to Management
work on weeding out those who dont wish to work, understand workloads and other duties, time it takes to do certain tasks.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Copart.
Interview was technical. Most questions on Sql and data manipulation. Offer letter was sent in a week, however manager called personally to inform about the result. Offer letter modifications were done as requested.
Yesterday we were proud to host our first ToastMasters International meeting of the Copart Toastmasters! Congrats to the new chapter and many thanks to our mentors in helping us get the Copart Chapter off the ground!
Copart celebrated our employees who are veterans this week in a Veterans Day event. We are extremely proud and thankful of our employee's service to our country and recognized those who have served.
