I have been working at Copper full-time

    Pros

Culture: The team is full of people I genuinely want to hang out with outside of work.
Trajectory: Strong vision for the company. There are aggressive, but attainable goals with the executive leadership now in place. The product only continues to improve as the company moves upmarket.
Autonomy: Employees are not micromanaged and are given freedom in creativity with their projects.

    Cons

Big changes recently: The company is shifting strategy as it moves forward. This is typical with any growing company, but hugely impactful to those that have been around from the beginning. Those that don't like change could see this a big negative, but it's a good sign of company growth and future.

    Advice to Management

We currently have strong leaders in place that can take the company to the next level, trust them and their experience.

    Interview

Reached out by a recruiter. We set up a time to speak on the phone. 15 mins late from our proposed time. She didn’t seem to understand her own questions. It was completely unorganized.

Set up a second interview but evidently she gave me a terrible experience that I declined. Also, after reading the reviews I was completely content with passing this opportunity.

    Don’t recommend.
