Great leadership all around (it starts at the top!) They really take care of their team members (keeping them happy!) Strong, consistent communication across all teams. Clear direction and high

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cordial Experience (San Diego, CA) in Dec 2019

    Interview

    Very strange process overall. Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn, quick call shortly after.
    Had a call with the hiring manager and then everything went quiet. Apparently an engineer was leaving and they were trying to fill the position. The engineer decided to stay, then decide to leave again which is why it was such a sporadic conversation. Ultimately, I was supposed to meet with the VP but got ghosted and the recruiter/team stopped replying to emails.
