I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Core Digital Media in April 2017.
Hiring process was very smooth and quick (special thanks to Matt Enis- The recruiting HR).
I contacted the HR through Linkedin, who then called me the next day to see my suitability for the role. First round was a phone screening by the manager of the team. Next round of interview was on skype sub-divided into 3 stages.
First was a discussion with the VP of analytics, second was one hour technical interview with the team and 3rd was with the manager.
To highlight the promptness of the process, the HR gave me a call within a couple of hours after my last interview and gave me a hint that the feedback collected from different stakeholders was positive. The following day I was made an offer.
