    Pros

    There were definitely growing pains when CLGX became its own independent company 10 yrs ago. However, leaders have listened to the employees' voices through town halls, corporate communication and other means of proactively reaching out to us. They have provided a more positive, working environment and many incentives to bring 'fun' during work. Examples, Corelogic Connect that introduced the Play more, Give more, Learn more and Live more; 401K per pay period matching; free lunches/celebrations; the way Covid-19 was handled; balance of work & life; extra volunteer day to serve in our community.

    Cons

    It is fast paced so each individual needs to keep up. Besides this, none.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work, Frank. You and the leaders are in a good trajectory. And, yes, we are Better Together.
