Our systems can cause us to play chess against ourselves at times. It can be difficult to do simple tasks without submitting a ticket that requires additional approvals, which can be frustrating.

Keep listening to your employees. The surveys and communications, especially during this crazy time with COVID-19, make us feel heard.
