We are CoreLogic
If you want a one-of-a-kind career, you've come to the right place. CoreLogic is like no other company, and in turn, like no other employer. But despite our strength, we're not stuck in the past. In fact, it's just the opposite. We utilize state-of-the-art technology and advanced analytical models to create fresh, insightful business solutions for our clients worldwide. Our global team is made up of the best and brightest in financial services, IT support, analytics and digital marketing services. We take pride in our work and believe in cultivating a work environment that supports and values our greatest asset: our talented employees.
We're already a $1.6 billion dollar enterprise with no signs of slowing down. Our staff consists of thousands of enthusiastic experts in a variety of fields. From assessing risk and preventing fraud to supporting underwriting and improving performance, it's our mission to help enable our business partners to make the smartest decisions
With all that we do, one thing is for sure. No day is ever the same. But who wants a boring desk job anyway? Not us.
We turn complex customer problems into data-driven solutions.
As a market-leader, CoreLogic is taking high-value information solutions to the next level. With our unparalleled data resources, we're able to explore and understand complex areas of business in ways other companies cannot. These dynamic and intelligent insights allow us to provide informed solutions to over 50,000 companies worldwide. Simply put, it's our job to turn complicated into easy. By helping our clients see their business from various points of view, they're able to reduce risk, improve overall performance and make successful, competitive decisions.
Our core competency is in business data and analytics applications solutions, along with outsourcing services related to financial, property and consumer information. In fact, we currently have the most comprehensive United States database of real estate, mortgage public records and proprietary data. This extensive archive of information results from a long history of aggregating, standardizing, and digitizing public record data from multiple sources. A legacy and an asset greater than that of our competitors.
And since we're forward-thinkers, we're evolving every day. We're constantly advancing our people, technologies, and databases to meet and anticipate new customer needs. With access to vast amounts of information from lenders, servicers, property owners and more, we're able to continuously leverage these data assets to develop new solutions that solve our client's business problems.
It's in our nature to see opportunity everywhere, which is why our expertise spans across a variety of industries and countries. From automotive credit reporting to geospatial analytics and more, our capabilities are as diverse as our talent.
We are an innovation powerhouse.
Any company can claim to be dynamic, innovative and trustworthy, but since we're in the business of data, we'd like to prove it.
First, our clients are drawn to us because we're a reliable market leader. Our robust information archive gives us an advantage over all our competitors. In fact, we have the most comprehensive and scalable database of property, flood, and tax information in the industry. And as we continue to expand our data and analytics records daily, our wealth of knowledge grows greater by the minute.
We're also extremely relevant and consistently current. In times of economic fluctuation, we've remained stable, as businesses look to us for both risk assessment services and risk management solutions. Increasingly, lenders and mortgage services are demanding more information about borrowers to minimize potential delinquencies. We're proud to offer greater access to less cyclical revenue streams than our peers. Our extensive mortgage, fraud, and credit records supply unparalleled insight to these businesses. And with our team located around the globe, we provide around the clock service and processing and a competitive cost structure.
But that's just what we're able to source. We also create. We ideate and license proprietary software and analytics models that utilize cutting-edge technology and original thinking. This balance of innovation and historic foundation makes CoreLogic a one-of-a-kind company and employer.
With such a standout performance in the marketplace, we're able to invest in our best resource—our associates. We offer excellent benefits, training opportunities, rapid advancement, dynamic work, a diverse culture, top-line technology and much more.

I have been working at CoreLogic full-time (More than 10 years)
Good work/life balance. Strive to recognize employees. Industry leader in property analytics.
Poor career opportunities with little room for advancement. Poor company communication. Compensation is lacking and even frozen at times. Management more interested in the bottom line and not willing to hire additional help for overworked employees.
Advice to Management
Need to do better at budget management. Posting recording earnings but freezing wages and laying off employees gives poor perception of senior management. Pay your employees what they are worth and focus on workload balance to prevent employees from burning out.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CoreLogic (Bloomington, MN).
Group interview with lots of other temps. We were selected through our temp agencies and all had to sit in a group meeting where they further weeded us out. Once you got through this interview they gave us a start date.
