Corley is a residential service company that also provides light commercial work. Our goal is to help people, even when a pipe bursts at 2:00 am. As a company, we’ve worked out a wonderful on-call schedule that allows our company to provide emergency plumbing and heating and air services at 2:00 am while still allowing each of our plumbers and HVAC technicians to have plenty of time at home with their families. For us, family is the most important thing—both the families we serve in the Upstate and our own. We are a family owned company, and we will always put the family first.
We have an entire staff supporting our technicians in the field because we want you to be able to focus on doing what you do best. You’ll have a fully stocked truck with you and we even let you drive it home at night so you don’t have to come to the shop before your first call. You don’t even have to worry about picking up parts at the supply houses; we’ve got a team of warehouse guys to do it for you.
Each day is different. Our plumbers and heating and air technicians work in all types of homes, repairing all kinds of issues. You’ll meet with our customers to help them figure out what exactly they need and provide the services. Our company has processes like any other, but we will help you learn the system and make sure you are keeping up before moving on.

I applied online. I interviewed at Corley Plumbing Air Electric (Greenville, SC) in June 2016.
I had 2 interviews and 1 ride along. The first initial interview was with the hiring manager and the owner of the company. Although i was nervous, they both made me feel very welcomed. This was honestly the best and most comfortable interview i had even been on. My "ride along" was where i sat with the dispatcher at the time and watched what she did, asked questions, got a feel for the position. Immediately after this i went into my second interview with the office manager and dispatch manager. I was also nervous in this interview but i was mostly asked about myself.
