I have been working at CorpInfo full-time (More than a year)
The company is still young and moves quickly when it needs to make changes or pivot for the industry. The management team is always very open to listening to ideas about things, good or bad, in order to improve the company. All levels of management appear to be very transparent about the future of the company, good or bad. The majority of the roles are client facing and they put a lot of trust into their engineers to maintain the image of the company and deliver great work. Micro managing is at a low as long as things are being delivered and clients are happy.
Recent changes to the board/investors have caused certain metrics to be put under a microscope. While it is probably good for the business it adds a little bit of overhead to some things that were in the past simple tasks. It is hard to tell where these changes will take the company.
Advice to Management
Keep the start up energy going. Keep the environment fun and enjoyable. Make people want to work here. Not saying that it isn't currently like this but some of the changes with the board/investors make it seem like it might shift eventually. Just keep the start up culture and the culture of the company strong.
I applied online. I interviewed at CorpInfo (Los Angeles, CA) in October 2016.
Initially hiring manager phone interview and then onsite interview.Their expectations are not clear even though I hold all AWS certifications and solid AWS experience I didn't get the job. More behavioral and technical questions , I managed to answer all the questions but finally no offer.Spent one full day with them for interview, It was dragging one . No standard interview procedures. They run the office in very small congested building like warehouse.
