Corvias – Why Work For Us?

undefined

At Corvias [Kor-vee-us], we pursue the kinds of partnerships and long-term relationships that substantially improve the quality of life for people in communities everywhere. That’s why we purposefully choose to partner with organizations who share our values and whose mission is to serve as the foundational blocks, or pillars, of our nation.

We help our government partners tackle their systemic issues head-on and realize an even bigger, long-term impact for their communities. We also partner with educational institutions to help drive real, sustainable change--for both their campuses and their bottom line. By working together, we not only improve campuses across the nation, but also enrich the lives of the thousands of students, professors and other professionals who live, learn, teach and work there every day.

Corvias [kore-vee-us] is rooted in the Latin phrase “by way of the heart.” It represents the commitment we make to our partners. The passion we bring to making a real difference in the world. And serves as our daily reminder to lead with our hearts, speak from our conscience, and improve local communities — and society at large — through every one of our partnerships. We take our work personally because, just like our partners, we’re engaged citizens and community members with a vision for a better tomorrow. And a plan to make our vision a reality.

At Corvias, we pursue the kinds of partnerships and long-term relationships that substantially improve the quality of life for people. We seek to build more dynamic and resilient communities. Through responsible management of public resources. Through local job creation. Through financial strength and sustainability.

We’re experts at developing solutions through partnerships, working with groups that share our values and commitment to creating lasting impact. We firmly believe in giving back to the communities in which we live, work, and grow.

    Interview

I applied a year before I was called to interview. I had several phone interviews and one in person interview. After six weeks I was offered the position and then had to do the background check process. I really enjoyed working for Corvias but the interview process was difficult.
