I have been working at Cosentini Associates full-time (More than a year)
Not perfect but overall a good place to work. Once you learn the ability to handle things on your own you can work at your own pace and your performance is judged solely upon your ability to get projects done on time with minimal errors.
The company is definitely trying to make an effort to tailor towards a younger attitude and have parted with a lot of the old school engineering ways.
Company definitely favors people that were only ever with Cosentini and its hard to become a project manager if you are not a Mechanical Engineer.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Cosentini Associates (New York, NY) in June 2015.
I was called by human resources few days after my online application and asked if I can come for an interview in 2-3 days. A director and senior analyst in her department interviewed me, and they very friendly, yet professional. They talked about the projects and daily tasks they are undertaking and asked me to explain my education and experience a bit more detailed than resume and few questions
about deadlines, budgets and work environments etc. Overall I can say that it was a positive experience although I did not hear back from them.
