Don't work with Karadan Lands real estate they don't have marketing they don't provide you with any leads even if they promise you that they provide you with fake data they don't have anything in their inventory they promise you a salary but they don't give you they want you to bring the inventory, bring the clients, bring the data, generate leads, and close them by yourself without any support! and their management wondered why no one from the sales team closed any deal!

I understand the search for a job being a Real Estate Professional for over 22 years. I've done BPO's, Property Management, Property Acquisitions Management, Rentals, Loss Mitigations, Mortgage Default Specialist, and I still can't seem to find a niche.

I have 30 years real estate admin (a combo of residential, commercial, REIT, loan coordinator, closing coordinator…) looking for a remote or somewhat close by job 32137. Open and eager to learn on the job and do what needs to get done. Title is not important but compensation is a little more important…min $20 per hour. Trying to think outside the box as things have changed so much. Any ideas or leads anyone? Please and thank you in advance! Debra
