I have been working at Cott full-time (More than a year)
Friendly laid back environment.
The benefits aren't too great.
Advice to Management
If you're a lead over a department or shift, you're expected to know how to operate each piece of equipment you oversee. Or at least be trying to learn every machine.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cott (Saint Louis, MO).
I applied online, received a phone call a couple day's later to come in for an interview. I interviewed with the Production Manager, and then almost immediately after with H.R. After meeting with H.R. I was told to go within three days to provide and urine sample for a drug test.
About one week later I received a call to start that following Monday.
The entire process was about as easy as you can get. They basically want people that are going to show up for work when scheduled, and give 100% when on the clock.
(And isn't that what we get paid to do?)
