Advice to Management
Don't do dog and pony interviews. People need a clear developmental path with a true chance when they put forth the effort to obtain upward mobility.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Couche-Tard (Dallas, TX) in October 2014.
It was a panel interview including the Division VP, marketing director, and finance director. We basically sat in a room and they asked me questions surrounding my job history and future goals.
