I worked at Country Inns & Suites full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Meeting new people and having a good relationship with frequent guests, plus the pay is pretty good.

    Cons

Sometimes schedules were't done until a day or two before the work week started. My pay check was shorted a couple of times and they do not schedule the appropriate amount of people when we're busy. Sometimes I ran the hotel with at least 200 guests,

    Advice to Management

Schedule enough people during second shift so they aren't overwhelmed with guest requests and check ins.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Country Inns & Suites in June 2017.

    Interview

Laid back. Really easy. The manager at the time took a liking to me immediately and wanted to hire me almost desperately. The hotel industry is always looking for people. They go through them like water.
